Spendbase is a global fintech company with a startup mindset that focuses on procurement and digital banking. Our Marketing team is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated WordPress Developer to help us build and optimize our online presence. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, managing, and optimizing Spendbase’s website presence What will you do:
- Develop responsive, adaptive and pixel-perfect landing pages based on Figma designs, utilizing WordPress templating systems.
- Create and maintain reusable WordPress page templates, block patterns, and potentially custom themes/plugins as needed.
- Monitor and maintain the Spendbase website’s overall health and performance, including addressing hosting-related tasks and optimizing page speed loading times.
- Implement and manage web forms, ensuring proper functionality and data capture.
- Integrate the website with third-party systems and services, with a strong focus on HubSpot CRM connectivity and data flow.
- Perform basic backend tasks related to database interactions and troubleshooting integration points.
- Collaborate closely with marketing managers, designers, and content creators to translate requirements into effective web solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience working with WordPress, Figma and ACF plugin (ideally 1−2 years).
- Understanding of BEM, basic of FTP/SFTP, cPanel
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including jQuery).
- Proficiency in PHP, especially within the WordPress environment (understanding hooks, filters, template hierarchy).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Experience implementing and managing web forms (e.g., Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, HubSpot Forms).
- Familiarity with website performance optimization techniques (caching, image optimization, code minification).
- Demonstrable experience integrating websites with third-party APIs or services, especially marketing automation/CRM platforms like HubSpot.
- Your English level: B2
