What matters most is your high level of English (C1+), your people skills, and your willingness to learn. You’ll become the go-to person for our most valuable players, helping them feel valued, understood, and connected — all while growing your career in a fast-moving global industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Build strong, lasting relationships with top-tier players from around the world
- Communicate with VIPs across email, chat, calls, and even exclusive events
- Keep players engaged, happy, and loyal through personalized service and smart incentives
- Learn to work with CRM tools and player data to drive retention and revenue
- Be the voice of your players — gather feedback, spot trends, and help improve the player experience
- Collaborate with our product, marketing, and support teams to ensure top-level service

? What You Bring:
- Fluent English (C1 or higher) — this is a must
- A genuine interest in people and strong communication skills
- Curiosity, responsibility, and drive — we’ll guide you, but you need to bring the energy
- Any experience in sales, account management, or gaming is a plus — but not required
- Basic comfort with chat tools, emails, and online communication
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment
