Hi there!
We’re growing fast and looking for a full-time Sales Manager to join our team and help drive our brand-new project forward. The product has already launched, and we’re actively working with clients in the construction/home improvement space across the Miami market.
This is not a support role — we’re looking for someone who can close deals, follow up with leads, and drive revenue growth. Most communication is done by phone or SMS, so strong spoken English and confidence in conversations are key.
What you’ll do:
- Actively sell our services to inbound leads
- Call clients, follow up, and guide them through the sales funnel
- Identify client needs and handle objections confidently
- Use a CRM system to manage communication and deals
- Keep track of your progress and hit performance targets
Who you are:
- Fluent or Upper-Intermediate+ English speaker — confident phone communicator
- Results-driven and motivated to close deals
- Familiar with CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Organized, proactive, and not afraid of objections
- Previous sales experience is strongly preferred
