Position: Administrative Assistant (Odessa)

Geminexus is looking for a reliable, organized, and multilingual Administrative Assistant based in Odessa. We operate in the digital services field, working with clients both locally and internationally. This is a dynamic role that includes a mix of remote and in-person work, mostly related to communication, coordination, and daily business support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translation and communication (Ukrainian, Russian, English)
- Interpreting during occasional in-person meetings
- Handling client communications (Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, email)
- Answering and placing phone calls to clients and partners
- Assisting with order processing and client follow-ups
- Coordinating local pickups/deliveries (shipping and receiving)
- Scheduling, calendar management, and reminders
- Keeping organized notes and summaries of client interactions
Requirements:
- Must live in Odessa and be available for occasional in-person meetings
- Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian
- Able to handle sensitive data responsibly
- Organized, self-motivated, and attentive to detail
- Comfortable working independently and communicating proactively
Work Format:
- Flexible hours — some tasks can be done remotely
- Occasional in-person assistance (meetings, errands, etc.)
- Expected workload: 4−8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, depending on tasks
Salary:
- Official minimum salary via employment contract
- Additional monthly payments in cash or to card — amount based on experience, skills, and performance (discussed during interview)
