? Your Role Will Include:
- • ? Recruiting qualified CDL drivers in full compliance with DOT regulations
- • ? Not just posting jobs — but actively sourcing candidates using modern tools:
- • ?Social media (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram)
- • ?Cold outreach, referrals, job boards, communities
- • ? Designing and running recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality drivers
- • ? Conducting interviews and applicant screening
- • ? Collecting documents and ensuring driver qualification files are complete
- • ? Signing contracts and onboarding drivers
- • ? Providing clear communication and ongoing support to drivers
- • ? Addressing and resolving driver concerns with professionalism
- • ? Acting as a PR voice for the company — building a strong driver-first brand
- • ? Coordinating with dispatch and operations to align hiring with business needs

? Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- • ? Excellent English (written and spoken)
- • ? Creative and results-driven marketing skills
- • ? Strong social media instincts and familiarity with modern recruiting tools
- • ? Strong organization, follow-through, and people skills
- • ? Confidence in conflict resolution and problem-solving
- • ? A professional, friendly, and proactive attitude

? Bonus:
- • Experience with platforms like Tenstreet, Samsara, or DriverReach
