We’re on the lookout for a Virtual Assistant who can bring a blend of tech support, design skills, and marketing sense — while also supporting the business owner directly in day-to-day operations.
Role Overview:
As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll be a critical team member helping with WordPress maintenance, CRM support, basic digital marketing, and admin/personal assistance. You’ll have the chance to bring your ideas to the table and make a visible impact on how we operate and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Maintenance & Design:
Maintain and update our WordPress website, ensuring performance and visual appeal.
Create clean, on-brand graphics using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
Proactively suggest improvements for layout, design, and UX.
CRM & Tech Support:
Support and maintain our CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
Be ready to jump on Zoom calls to troubleshoot or explain CRM issues.
Assist with automations, workflows, and keeping systems running smoothly.
Digital Marketing & SEO:
Apply basic SEO best practices to web content and structure.
Assist with Facebook Ads or other online ad platforms.
Provide light support with email campaigns, analytics, or content formatting.
Help ensure marketing tools are connected and optimized.
Personal & Administrative Assistance:
Keep the business owner on track with calendars, tasks, and reminders.
Help manage communications, follow-ups, and light coordination.
Jump in where needed to support business operations.
What You Bring:
Strong visual skills and experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
Hands-on experience with WordPress and content management.
Confidence with CRM tools and general tech troubleshooting.
Knowledge of basic SEO and digital marketing concepts.
Fluent English communication skills — clear, professional, and prompt.
Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive in your approach.
A resourceful, problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Facebook Ads, email marketing, or content promotion.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content design.
Ukrainian language: Говоримо по-українськи — a plus!
