We’re currently looking for a Lead generation specialist & Sales Manager (B2B | English) who will help build the sales system from scratch, set up lead generation and sales processes, and eventually form a full-fledged sales department. We’re looking for a proactive and independent professional ready to take ownership, test hypotheses, suggest improvements, and scale results.
Responsibilities:
Searching for and attracting clients (LinkedIn, email, Google, etc.)
Preparing and adapting commercial offers
Conducting negotiations and maintaining the client database
Managing the full sales cycle
Working with marketplaces (training provided)
Collaborating with marketing and contributing to sales strategy
Analyzing lead generation channel performance
Working with CRM and SAP systems (training provided)
Requirements:
Experience as a Sales Manager handling the full sales cycle (from lead generation to deal closure)
Experience with CRM, Excel, Google Sheets
English level: Upper-Intermediate+
Communicative, proactive, responsible
B2B sales and cold outreach experience
Experience with marketplaces or LinkedIn/email campaigns is a plus

- Working hours: 9:00—10:00 to 18:00—19:00 (Kyiv time), flexible lunch break
