What You’ll Be Doing:
- Talent Scouting: Hunt for the next big influencers on Instagram and social media — find the diamonds in the rough!
- Relationship Building: Slide into DMs, send compelling emails, and create genuine connections with creators
- Launch Support: Be their personal success coach — help new creators get set up fast and start earning immediately
- Growth Partnership: Stay connected with your creators, track their success, and celebrate their wins
- Strategy & Vision: Spot trends, identify emerging niches, and build a network of diverse, successful creators
