About Us:
We are Farom Studio, an independent game studio creating projects for PC and consoles using Unreal Engine. We’re looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to support our team and grow into a key role in our production pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and tracking project tasks and timelines
- Support daily operations and coordinate between teams (dev, art, QA)
- Help maintain task boards, documentation, and project updates
- Monitor deadlines and flag potential issues early
- Participate in team meetings and take detailed notes/action items
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and help keep things on track

Requirements:
- 6+ months experience as a coordinator, assistant PM, or intern in tech or game dev
- Basic understanding of the game development process
- Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or other task management tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- English level: Intermediate or higher (written and verbal)

Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in game development (even student or indie projects)
- Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine
- Interest in games and the game industry
