Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the external accounting provider (outsourcing)
- Review and verification of the accuracy and completeness of financial reports provided by the outsourced provider
- Coordination of financial and tax accounting treatment for various operations
- Preparation of management reports and ad-hoc financial analysis for HQ
- Financial monitoring of cryptocurrency-related operations (exchanges, accounting, compliance)
- Communication with tax authorities and other regulatory bodies in Poland on matters related to finance, economics, taxation, and reporting (in Polish)
- Support for internal and external audits
- Participation in budgeting and forecasting
- Internal document control and compliance monitoring

Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Solid understanding of Polish accounting and tax regulations
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate accounting and tax, as well as financial control or analysis
- Proven experience working with outsourced accounting providers
- Knowledge of Polish and Russian (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Google Sheets; knowledge of BI tools is a plus
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment involving crypto assets

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in the crypto or fintech industry
- Understanding of cryptocurrency accounting specifics
- ACCA, CPA, or similar certification
- Experience in international companies
- Knowledge of English language
