Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement optimization strategies.
- Ensure achievement of savings targets for clients.
- Manage procurement projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Communicate with key client stakeholders, ensuring transparency in procurement processes.
- Establish and monitor KPI systems for team and project performance evaluation.

Main Duties:
- Develop project business plans and strategies to achieve procurement goals.
- Manage procurement activities, including planning, tendering, contract and orders management.
- Analyze procurement categories and develop category strategies.
- Set up project key performance metrics and reporting and lead montly performance review sessions.
- Identify additional cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
- Lead key negotiations with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external procurement regulations.
- Build and maintain long-term stakeholder relationshipsand effeciently collaborate to ensure the project goals and objectives are delivered.
- Build the team, structure and development roadmaps to enhance the culture, high moral and motivation to work.
- Execute other tasks and provide support related to the improvements of purchasing function performance as may be requested by the client during the assignment.

Requirements:
- 5−10 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the food industry.
- Strong understanding of strategic and operational procurement processes.
- Proven track record in procurement optimization and cost-saving initiatives.
- Team management experience, including remote teams.
- Knowledge of procurement standards and methodologies (SRM, TCO, tendering procedures, etc.).
- Familiarity with ERP/SCM systems.
- English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Business trips within Ukraine up to 20% of the time.

Preferred:
- Procurement certifications (CIPS, CPM, ISM, etc.).
- Project managment certifications.
