Our client is looking for an experienced, strategic, hands-on HR Manager who knows how to turn vision into action — and processes into results.
This isn’t about maintaining what already exists. This is about building it all — from the ground up.
What You’ll Own:

Design and launch all HR processes, policies, and tools

Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

Create clear motivation, evaluation & growth systems

Automate workflows to scale faster and smarter

Be the HR voice at the leadership table — working directly with the founder

Your ideas won’t get stuck in a backlog. They’ll be implemented, tested, and celebrated.
You’re a Great Fit If You:

Have HR experience in companies serving the U.S. market

Built an HR function from scratch — and loved the challenge

Know how to balance strategy and operations

Can adapt quickly, think critically, and lead confidently

Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
