USA Logistics Company — Now Hiring: Office Manager (Part-Time or Full-Time)
USA Logistics Company is currently seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Office Manager to support our growing operations. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support for our CDL Training School, including responding to client inquiries via Facebook messages and follow-up phone calls.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of our Trucking Division (various administrative and coordination tasks).
- Support the workflow and administrative needs of our Repair Shop operations.
Work Schedule:
Part-Time Shifts Available:
- Monday to Friday: • 3:00 PM — 8:00 PM • 7:00 PM — 12:00 AM
- OR • Any 3 full days per week
- Full-Time Opportunities: May be offered based on performance
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- More productive in the afternoon/evening hours
- Comfortable making and receiving phone calls; confident communicator
- A natural problem-solver who can quickly assess and take control of situations
- Able to anticipate issues and make sound, proactive decisions
- Calm under pressure and resilient in stressful situations
- Highly responsible, dependable, and organized
- Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing effectively
- Detail-oriented and accurate
