Requirements:
- Fluent English (certificate will be a plus)
- Excellent writing skills
- Experience in English copywriting
- Long-form content creation: articles, landing pages, emails, white papers
- Understanding of basic SEO principles
- Experience as an editor is a must
- Experience as a manager/team lead — at least 1 year
- managing a remote team
- developing effective strategies

Will be a plus:
- Experience in editing and proofreading English content, especially on tech topics
- Practical experience managing a remote copywriters' team
- Experience in IT content creation
- Good organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Content management from the assignment to closure: task distribution, deadline monitoring, working with clients' corrections, etc.
- Article editing, ensuring maximum quality and task compliance, communication with copywriters at every stage of the work, task management in our corporate system
- Assisting senior editors with various editorial tasks
