About Load N Go: Load N Go is a fast-growing U.S.-based logistics company. We focus on clarity, structure, and high performance across all departments. As we expand, we’re looking for an HR Generalist to support our internal operations and help every employee become fully productive.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Org Board
- Support workload distribution across teams
- Create and manage job binders, run weekly knowledge checks
- Organize workspaces and provide equipment for new hires
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and probation follow-up
- Keep HR documentation and records accurate and organized
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Perform inspections and report compliance issues
- Collect and update company statistics
- Address ethical issues and support conflict resolution
- Coordinate bonus and motivation programs
- Implement and improve administrative procedures and standards
- Сonducting interviews

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HR Manager, Generalist, or Director.
- Experience in the trucking industry is a plus.
- Proven ability to support company goals, resolve conflicts, and effectively manage teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English

Location: remote Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM CST Bonuses: $50−100 per successful onboarding
