We’re known for our exceptional execution, customer satisfaction, and streamlined project delivery. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team.
This role requires a dynamic professional with expertise in content writing, research, hiring, administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Assist in the hiring process by researching candidates, managing interviews, and overseeing onboarding.
- Coordinate with developers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.

Content Writing
- Create SEO-optimized content related to residential renovations, including process guides, material overviews, and pricing insights.
- Research and write engaging articles based on current trends and best practices.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure quality, clarity, and alignment with the brand voice.

Research & Market Analysis
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to support strategic decision-making.

Project & Administrative Support
- Manage scheduling, meetings, and day-to-day administrative tasks for the leadership team.
- Facilitate smooth communication and workflow between departments.

Requirements
- Background in business development, executive assistance, marketing coordination, or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO, and content strategy.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, ChatGPT, etc.).
- Experience with WordPress and content management platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills (B2-C1 level).
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage team members effectively.
