Yespo is an omnichannel Customer Data Platform (CDP) designed to increase business revenue and enhance customer experience by collecting, unifying, segmenting, and activating customer data. The platform helps ecommerce businesses of all sizes gather customer data, create 360° profiles, and leverage this information to build targeted, automated, and personalized campaigns across 9 direct channels as well as websites, and apps. Yespo is trusted by 300+ leading brands worldwide, including Adidas, Avon, Shell, Puma, and plenty of smaller apps that scale with us.We are currently looking for a SDR.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Active lead sourcing and generation: ability to independently identify new business opportunities and grow the client base.
- Client contact research: proficient in sourcing contact details of potential clients (emails, LinkedIn profiles, phone сalls).
- Lead qualification: analyzing client websites based on defined criteria, researching internal resources and databases to identify high-potential leads.
- Multichannel lead generation: effectively using various communication channels such as phone, LinkedIn, and email — including writing compelling messages and making outreach calls.
- Establishing and maintaining client relationships: building and nurturing connections with potential clients through multiple channels, initiating sales conversations, organizing demo presentations, and engaging top management in meetings and events.
- Post-conference communication: staying in touch with clients after conferences or forums to ensure continuous engagement.
- Targeted content creation: crafting high-quality outreach messages for LinkedIn and email that capture attention and spark interest.
- Effective CRM usage: systematically managing and processing leads through modern CRM systems.
- Reporting: regularly preparing analytical reports to assess the effectiveness of lead generation activities.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience: 1−2 years of proven success in lead generation.
- Process Understanding: Solid knowledge of lead acquisition channels and key principles of effective lead generation.
- CRM proficiency: confident in using CRM tools to manage leads and workflows.
- Phone communication: strong phone skills for initiating client engagement.
- LinkedIn lead sourcing: hands-on experience in identifying and engaging leads through LinkedIn.
- Language skills: fluent in Ukrainian, English-Upper-Intermediate, Fluent.
- Analytical mindset: quick decision-making, adaptability, and structured thinking.
- Communication skills: excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
