Join Our Team: English and French Teachers Wanted (Online, Summer & Beyond)
We are a modern online language school helping students of all levels achieve their learning goals in a flexible, engaging, and supportive environment.
As we grow, we’re looking for passionate and responsible English and French teachers to join our international team for online individual and group lessons this summer. These are seasonal positions for the summer months, with the possibility of extending the contract starting in September based on mutual interest and performance.
Who We Are We are a company registered in Norway, committed to making a real difference. Beyond language learning, we actively support Ukrainian refugees in adapting to life in Norway by providing language education and integration support. We also work with Ukrainians both in Ukraine and around the world, helping them access quality language education no matter where they are.
Who We Are Looking For
- An English teacher with a B2+ level (preferably C1-C2)
- A French teacher with a B2+ level (preferably C1-C2)
- Fluent in Ukrainian (for effective communication with students; some students may also communicate in russian)
- Teaching experience (2+ years) or relevant pedagogical education + experience
- Ability to explain material clearly, easily, and engagingly — both in individual and group lessons, with children, teenagers, and adults.
- Friendly and communicative person who can find an approach to each student
- Confident user of Zoom, Google Meet, Google Docs etc, and interactive learning platforms

Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive online lessons
- Develop lesson plans based on students' levels and needs
- Motivate students and help them overcome language barriers
- Use modern teaching methods
- Be open to participating in content creation for the school (e.g., short videos, teaching tips, social media, or promotional materials)
