Who we are looking for:
We are currently looking for a responsible and motivated Customer Care Agent (UA residence only) who will become an important part of our team. We truly believe that sales & support agents are the face of the company and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience.
We are a fast-growing SaaS product company with customers mainly in the USA and EU.
Must-have skills / knowledge / experience:
- Advanced communication skills
- Ability to work full-time (4/4 schedule)
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail
- Well-developed self-management skills
- High level of stress resistance
- Tech-savvy and confident PC user
Would be a plus:
- Previous experience in Customer Support
- Work Schedule:
- 4 work days / 4 days off
- Two shifts: — Morning shift: 08:00 AM — 05:00 PM— Evening shift: 05:00 PM — 02:00 AM
- 1 hour break during each shift
Responsibilities:
- Represent our product and company in the most professional and friendly manner
- Assist potential customers with making purchases
- Support existing customers via live chat, email, and phone
- Actively contribute to improving customer service processes to enhance the overall user experience
