EastCham Finland is an international chamber of commerce supporting Finnish companies entering Ukrainian market and joining reconstruction efforts. We will enhance the service concept of our Kyiv office in collaboration with the Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK), which represents 15,300 member companies that account for over 70% of Finland’s exports.
We are looking for skilledJunior Market Analysts / Business Advisors based in Kyiv to join our dynamic team to work with Finnish companies across various industries.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market assessments across diverse sectors
- Identify and evaluate potential business partners and opportunities
- Support and assess reconstruction projects across Ukraine
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize data into clear, actionable reports
- Collaborate closely with international teams and stakeholders

? Requirements:
- Relevant university degree (e.g., economics, business, technology)
- Proven experience in similar roles (market research, business consulting, project evaluation)
- Strong industry knowledge and understanding of business ecosystems
- Excellent skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian (spoken and written)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
