We are in the early stage of development and currently seeking a BDR/Sales Manager on a commission basis (without a fixed salary part, we pay only 15% from the sales).

Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in marketing/advertising services
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with the US market and an understanding of local business culture
- Ability to identify and qualify potential clients
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales processes

Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing network of potential clients in the marketing/advertising space
- Previous experience selling creative or digital marketing services
- Understanding of current digital marketing trends and tools
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
