Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of our target audience.
- Design complex user experiences, including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
- Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs accordingly.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system aligned with the brand identity and business goals.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a UX designer, preferably working on complex systems, not just landing pages.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your UX and UI design expertise across full product lifecycles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of UX research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
