Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced and mature Senior Data Scientist ready to take on a key technical role in AI projects — from model design and data preparation to production deployment. We’re seeking a professional with strong engineering skills, a solid understanding of MLOps, and the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning models and AI solutions
- Participate in designing AI system architecture
- Work with large-scale data: analysis, preparation, validation
- Explore and test hypotheses, conduct experiments
- Optimize and scale models, contribute to production integrations
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI analysts, DevOps, and Product teams
- Apply best practices in MLOps, data versioning, and reproducibility
- Participate in requirements gathering and solution discussions with tech leads and managers

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
- Strong proficiency in Python, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Hands-on experience delivering ML models into production (end-to-end)
- Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL), pipelines, and ETL processes
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Docker, etc.)
- Experience solving practical problems: classification, regression, NLP, recommendation systems, computer vision, etc.
- Experience in product or consulting environments is a plus
- Strong team player with initiative and attention to quality
- Confident English skills for communication with international clients (B2+)
