About the Company:
Almco Plumbing is one of the fastest-growing plumbing companies specializing in epoxy pipe lining and trenchless sewer repair. We have been providing high-quality services since 2001. In 2019, the company transitioned to Ukrainian ownership, bringing new momentum to its development.
Main Purpose of the Position:
To ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates to fill open positions in accordance with the company’s growth plans and operational needs by conducting full-cycle recruiting, candidate evaluation, and pre-selection interviews.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
Sourcing:
- Relevant candidates sourced monthly via Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Facebook, other job platforms, social networks, and the company’s website — in accordance with the approved recruitment plan.
Screening & Interviews:
- Conduct at least 20 initial selection interviews per month.
- Prepare and conduct at least 10 qualifying interviews per month.
Conversion:
- Submit at least 5 qualified candidates monthly for final interviews with the HR Manager.
Speed:
- Average time to fill open position: maximum 5 calendar days.
Quality:
- Candidate success rate at 3-month probation: at least 80%.
Reporting:
- Weekly reporting on sourcing status, interview pipeline, and candidate funnel.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle remote recruiting for various positions in the company.
Active search and sourcing of candidates on:
- Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Facebook, other job platforms, social networks, and the company’s website.
Development of:
- Selection interview questions for initial candidate screening.
- Qualifying interviews for deeper assessment.
- Conducting online interviews (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Pre-selection and assessment of candidates according to company requirements and job profiles.
- Presentation of selected candidates to HR Manager for final interviews.
- Organization and scheduling of final interviews.
- Continuous market research to expand candidate search channels.
- Weekly reporting to HR Manager on recruitment status and funnel.
- Support and update the internal candidate database.
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in HR, Psychology, Business, or similar).
- At least 1 years of experience as recruiter (preferably remote, international recruiting is a plus).
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Confident PC and Internet user (CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job platforms).
- Strong knowledge of search tools: Boolean search, job boards, social media sourcing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to evaluate candidates according to job profiles and KPI goals.
- English proficiency at Intermediate+ level (both spoken and written).
- Self-motivated, highly organized, goal-oriented person.
- Experience recruiting for American companies or international clients is a strong advantage.
