ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ

For our client we’re hiring on behalf of a growing U.S.-based logistics brokerage for the role of Sales Representative. This position is open to candidates currently residing in the U.S. or Ukraine, with a focus on online sales and logistics brokerage expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage warm leads and convert them into long-term clients through online channels, including high-profile corporate clients.
- Book and negotiate freight (cargo van, truckload) with a focus on brokerage services, ensuring competitive deals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies based on market research to expand client base and revenue.
- Use CRM and freight tools to manage sales funnels, track KPIs, and maintain client relationships.
- Manage relationships with high-priority corporate customers, resolving disputes and addressing complex needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets, providing insights from market analysis.
- For U.S.-based candidates: Represent the company at domestic trade shows, networking events, and logistics conferences.

Required Qualifications:
- Location: Residing in the United States or Ukraine.
- Language: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills (excellent English proficiency required for Ukrainian candidates).
- Experience: 2+ years in online sales of logistics services, dispatch, or customer support, with a preference for brokerage experience, including closing high-profile deals.
- Education: For U.S. candidates, education completed at a U.S. institution (Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred). For Ukrainian candidates, equivalent education level preferred.
- Skills: Experience with CRM systems, freight platforms (e.g., DAT, Sylectus), and U.S. load booking processes; ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of U.S. geography, logistics market, and corporate client management.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote, dynamic environment, with strong problem-solving skills for client and contractor needs.

Nice to Have:
- 3+ years of experience in 3PL, freight brokerage, or transportation sales specifically within the U.S. market, with a proven track record in online sales and managing high-profile corporate clients (B2B) is a mandatory requirement.
- Degree in Business, Sales, or Logistics (U.S. institution for U.S. candidates; equivalent for Ukrainian candidates).
- Experience leading sales teams or training staff in logistics sales processes.
- For U.S. candidates: Confident public speaker, experienced in networking and client-facing events.
