Project Types: Multi Family Residential Construction
Position Overview:
As a Construction Project Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting, planning and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, while also providing essential administrative support. Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, sourcing, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors. Additionally, you will assist the management with various tasks to facilitate their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Take Off and Estimate.
- Plan Review
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors.
- Manage supplier relationships
- Assist management with day-to-day tasks such as scheduling, email management, and correspondence.
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.
- Expense tracking.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:
- BA or MA degree in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering, or Architecture (preferred).
- Proven experience in Multifamily Residential Construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
- Fluency in English — spoken and written!!!
- Availability during Eastern Standard Time business hours.
- Project management software (eg, Procore, Buildern, Primavera, Microsoft Project, BlueBeam).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
