Responsibilities:
- Increase traffic, engagement, and brand awareness on social media, especially on X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Discord, Telegram
- Develop and implement social media promotion strategies
- Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of social media campaigns, use analytics to refine strategy and achieve goals
- Engage the community
- Create and manage social media content, maintain a unified tone of voice — mostly for a Western audience
- Organize joint contests and giveaways with other pages to attract new audiences
- Run giveaways on Gleam.io to further promote the project’s social channels
- Collaborate with designers for page visuals, post/story design, and videos (promo and motion designers are in-house)
- Create media plans for each social platform

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing multiple social channels
- English level from Upper-Intermediate (Google Translate or AI will not be sufficient)
- Ability to work independently (without constant supervision and with decision-making autonomy)
- Proven SMM experience with strategy implementation and successful community growth
- Excellent knowledge of Discord, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and other platforms with best practices
- Solid understanding of key SMM KPIs
- Time-management skills
- Strong writing skills and creative content creation abilities

Nice to have:
- You actively play CS2, are interested in the pro scene and game news

- No need to design visuals in Photoshop or from scratch — we have talented promo designers to bring your briefs to life. We also have motion designers for videos.
- No need to manage paid targeting — we have a separate targeting team. You’ll focus solely on organic SMM traffic.
- We’re ready to take all non-core tasks off your plate so you can grow and deliver top results!
