Requirements:
- Basic understanding of the Windows environment
- Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Troubleshooting
- Most popular Linux commands/utilities
- Networking
- Firewalls
- Knowledge about the most common cybersecurity attacks
- Experience in working with foreign customers of enterprise organisations
- English: Upper-Intermediate
- Ukrainian: Upper-Intermediate

Would be a plus:
- AD
- SIEM
- SalesForce, AzureDevOps, Hyper-V, vSphere

Responsibilities: — Installation, configuration, and fine-tuning of products, remote and on-site. — Working with customers to ensure full deployment and support. — Create supporting documentation for customers — Provide Tier 1- 2 support — include deep investigation, provide a workaround to various problems while meeting SLAs. — Working closely with the SoC, Research and Development teams to ensure quick resolution — Understand customer needs and help shape the product.
