Role Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to manage our client portfolio, expand service opportunities, and drive the company’s sales growth. This full-time role is a vital part of our team, offering the opportunity to strengthen relationships with current clients, identify new opportunities within the portfolio, support revenue-generating activities, and contribute to the company’s overall growth.

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales within the existing client base, identifying opportunities to expand services and deepen client relationships
- Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring timely responses and long-term partnership growth
- Prepare and send follow-up emails, proposals, and client agreements promptly, streamlining the sales process
- Launch, track, and optimize internal campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage clients and generate additional opportunities
- Monitor client accounts and industry trends to anticipate client needs and suggest tailored solutions
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records in sales platforms (Close.io, Dripify, Apollo, Pitchbook, Woodpecker), ensuring visibility and accountability across client interactions
- Work with team members to align on client strategies, share insights, and contribute to overall business growth
You Bring:
- Previous experience as a BDR/SDR or in a client-facing sales role
- A university degree from a recognized institution (preferably business, finance, or related field)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 — Upper Intermediate or higher)
- A team-player mindset, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- High motivation, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed
- Quick learning ability and a willingness to master complex concepts and terminology
- Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
