We’re looking for a motivated and curious Lead Generation Specialist who wants to start or switch their career into tech and B2B SaaS sales. No experience needed — just a proactive mindset, great communication skills, and a desire to learn fast.
? Requirements:
Strong desire to grow in tech sales and lead generation
High level of written English (B2/C1)
Basic understanding of what B2B means (we'll teach you the rest)
Attention to detail and a structured work approach
You are not afraid to reach out to people and start conversations
Quick learner with a proactive attitude
? Responsibilities:
Find and research potential client companies (we'll show you how)
Build prospect lists for our sales team using tools like LinkedIn
Help create and send cold emails and LinkedIn messages
Learn how to qualify leads and understand our ideal customer profile
Track what works, what doesn’t, and share your learnings
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team

Remote-friendly with flexible hours (core hours: 10−17 EET)
