Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience with goods under veterinary control: cheese, meat, dairy
- Strong knowledge of Ukrainian customs legislation and import/export documentation
- Proven successful experience with fresh product categories
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
- English B2 or higher for supplier negotiations
- Ukrainian for internal communication
- Familiar with Incoterms 2010

Responsibilities
- Manage and place international product orders with overseas suppliers
- Research new products and suppliers, conduct negotiations with foreign partners
- Oversee and prepare documentation for customs clearance of imported goods
- Handle claims and quality issues related to international deliveries
- Monitor settlements and payments with international suppliers
- Supervise and coordinate the logistics of product delivery
- Prepare and execute international trade contracts
- Calculate and control the full import cost of goods
