We’re currently looking for a Dispatch Assistant to join our team and support our daily dispatch operations.
What You Will Do:
- Identify and assign the nearest trucks to available loads
- Communicate and negotiate with drivers on assignments
- Plan and optimize efficient delivery routes
- Track and estimate arrival times
- Enter and update data in TMS software
- Search and provide location-based services (truck stops, repair shops, roadside assistance, etc.)
- Deliver accurate load details and instructions to drivers
- Ensure data accuracy and clear communication at all times

What You Need to Succeed:
- English proficiency: Intermediate or higher
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Transportation Sales
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work quickly and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable with MS Office and Google Services
- Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
