We are seeking highly motivated Independent Freight Agents to join our growing team! Your primary responsibilities will include building long-term relationships with carriers and shippers, negotiating rates, and solving problems to ensure customer satisfaction. What We Offer:
- Competitive commission splits up to 60%, based on experience and performance

What You Need to Succeed:
- English B2+ level
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Transportation Sales
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with MS Office and Google Services
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Existing book of business preferred but not required
