We are looking for a Broker Assistant to support our freight brokerage team in day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build a long-term career in logistics.
What You Will Do:
- Learn and operate through our Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Follow and update company and brokerage trucks «Live» throughout the day
- Create and enter appointments into the TMS
- Update Customers with the status and locations of the trucks
- Enter loads into the TMS
- Analyze and inform the team about any potential issues happening with loads
- Receive and guide calls coming to the office main phone line
- Call or email carriers for the status and location updates of the truck
- Attentive operation of the TMS system with focus on paying attention to details
- Full cooperation and communication with the dispatch team
- Problem solving during the unexpected events

What You Need to Succeed:
- English proficiency: Intermediate or higher
- Basic understanding of U.S. trucking operations and freight brokerage
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using MS Office and Google tools
- Prior experience with TMS or logistics platforms is a plus
