Who are we searching for?
We are looking for a hands-on FP&A Team Lead who’s great with both people and numbers. You’ll manage a team, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure every project runs smoothly. If you’re someone who takes ownership, enjoys leading others, and can balance the big picture with the details, let’s talk!
What are your responsibilities?
1. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of up to 10 FP&A specialists
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance, and development of your team
- Run 1:1s, training sessions, and feedback loops
2. Client & Project Oversight
- Manage up to 40 client projects and ensure high-quality delivery
- Build strong relationships with founders and CFOs
3. Product & Process Improvement
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on features and service enhancements
- Bring customer feedback and financial expertise to help us improve the product
4. Reporting
- Track team performance and prepare reports for leadership
What are the preferred requirements for the role?
- 7+ years of experience in finance with at least 2 years as a Head of Finance/CFO/VP of Finance
- English at C1 level
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong knowledge of financial & CRM software and tools (QuickBooks Online, Xero, Stripe, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.)
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis concepts
- Experience in managing teams with >5 subordinates
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong multitasking, self-management, and prioritization skills
- Proactive rather than reactive approach (you easily approach customers to solve problems they don’t even know they have yet)
- Customer-centric mindset
Will be a plus:
- Experience in US startups.
Reporting Structure: reporting to the Head of the FP&A Team.
