This is not a job. It’s an elimination game for coders.
Welcome to IT Survivor — the after-hours arena where you fight to stay relevant. Each night, you compete with other developers in-person. You’ll write code, solve problems, and prove your value under pressure. At the end of every session, a panel of ruthless industry veterans votes on who stays and who’s out. No politics. No fluff. Just raw merit.
Judged on:
- Touch typing — if you’re slow, you’re food
- Basic programming — solve real problems or go home
- Output and vibe — bring value or bring silence
- No hand-holding — just your brain and your keyboard

Environment:
You work on-site, Uzhhorod office
No remote, no distractions
Bring your laptop, your skills, and your nerve
Daily at 6 PM, until the dust settles
Stack:
Doesn’t matter. If it compiles and ships, you’re good. Python, JS, C#, whatever. Tools don’t matter — execution does.
The Council:
Every night, a group of cutthroat tech pros decides your fate. No appeals. No favourites. You’re either essential or expendable.
