We are a successful iGaming company with over 8 years of experience, known for large-scale projects in Tier 1 markets and a strong team of professionals. We continue to launch new projects and expand globally. ? Responsibilities:
- Searching and selecting candidates for positions in the VIP, Retention, Support, and IT departments within the iGaming industry.
- Conducting interviews with a focus on evaluating soft and hard skills, level of customer service, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
- Closely collaborating with heads of VIP, Retention, Support, and IT departments to gain a clear understanding of candidate requirements.
- Analyzing the labor market and adapting recruitment strategies according to changes and trends in the iGaming industry.
- Building and maintaining an internal candidate database for current and future key vacancies.
- Using modern platforms and tools to source candidates: LinkedIn, job boards, freelance platforms, professional communities.
- Maintaining reports and up-to-date candidate documentation, tracking recruitment stages and feedback in Notion, Google Sheets, and Zoho.
- Developing and updating recruitment processes and guidelines.
? Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in iGaming or IT).
- Confident user of LinkedIn, Google Docs/Sheets, Notion, and Zoho.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trustful relationships.
- Self-organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- English level: Intermediate or higher (for communication with candidates and managers).
