Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Relationship Manager Associate to join our Local Corporate Coverage team, which deals with subsidiaries of MNCs. The successful candidate will support Relationship Managers in building and maintaining strong relationships with MNC subsidiaries, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored banking solutions to meet the complex needs of these global clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinking and good analytical skills (preparation of analytical materials and presentations).
- Basic experience of corporate credit and financial analysis.
- Basic knowledge of corporate banking products and services, particularly those relevant to Corporate Cash Management and Foreign Exchange.
- Understanding of political and economic environment in Ukraine.
- Active, self-motivated, and organized personality.
- Aspiration for professional development and desire to become banking Relationship Manager in future.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Native-level proficiency in Ukrainian and professional-level proficiency in English
