- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Upper-Intermediate English level required
- The go-to person for IT challenges, delivering quick and effective solutions
- Skilled at architecting and managing secure user access across tools like Google Workspace, password managers, Slack, and more
- Experienced collaborating with HR to handle user onboarding, offboarding, and overall user lifecycle management
- Committed to maintaining strong security through enforcement of IT policies
- Proficient in overseeing the full lifecycle and inventory of IT assets, including device management
- Able to create clear, user-friendly technical documentation and guides
- Hands-on experience with G Suite (Google Workspace)
- Experience with service desk tools like GLPI is a plus

What you will do:
- Provide first-line support for IT issues, troubleshooting both hardware and software problems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT resource access in close coordination with HR
- Deliver timely internal support to resolve user IT challenges efficiently
- Ensure all IT systems comply with security standards and policies
- Track and manage IT assets, including hardware, software, and devices inventory
- Develop and maintain helpful documentation and guides for employees
