Accounts Payable Accountant
Description:
We are looking for a person tojoin our Accounts Payable team. The candidate will be exposed inmulti- cultural and international environment. If you are passionatewith all aspects of recording, processing, and reconciling accountspayable invoices the role is for you.
We will trust you to:
- Process and input invoicerecords into the accounting system promptly and accurately.
- Answer inquiries aboutpayments and invoices from vendors
- Keep records of financialtransactions, balance the books, and perform account reconciliation
- 3-Way full cycle AP
- High volume invoiceprocessing
- Update new and current vendormaster data
- Assist with month-end closing
- Review employee expensereports
- Coordinate with the vendorsto solve any arising issue, e.g., pricing and shipping discrepancies

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree inAccounting or Finance required, or an equivalent combination ofeducation and experience
- Extensive knowledge aboutaccounting and management principles and Accounts Payable procedures
- 3−5 years of accountingexperience
- Fluency in English ismandatory
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
- Strong competency forcustomer service in the professional services industry required
- Proficiency with computers,especially business solutions and bookkeeping software
