Recruiter (Middle/Senior Level)

Role Overview
We’re looking for a capable and motivated Recruiter to join our HR team. You’ll own full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles—engineering, product, marketing, operations, and more—on a global scale. Your goal: attract and hire top performers who thrive in a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across various teams and geographies (tech, product, GTM, ops, etc.)
- Continuously optimize sourcing, screening, and interview processes to increase speed and quality
- Source and engage world-class talent across time zones through direct outreach, job boards, referrals, and networks
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers: define role requirements, build hiring plans, and advise on best practices
- Conduct structured, competency-based interviews that assess skills, motivation, and cultural alignment
- Champion our employer brand and communicate our high-performance culture to candidates globally
What You Bring
- Experience working in an IT or tech company — you understand the pace, expectations, and culture of high-performing tech teams
- 3+ years of hands-on recruiting experience, covering both technical and business roles across different functions
- A strong ability to source and engage candidates through direct outreach, networks, and creative channels
- Confidence in running structured interviews and assessing hard skills, soft skills, motivation, and cultural fit
- A proven track record of partnering effectively with hiring managers — you know how to clarify requirements, share insights, and build trust
- Fluency in English — you’re comfortable working with global teams and candidates
- Bonus points for experience hiring in B2B or SaaS companies
