Gen.Ukrainian is a non-governmental organization committed to preserving childhood during war. We provide mental health rehabilitation for children and adolescents who have experienced traumatic events due to the war. Our team implements social, educational, and psychological projects that make a real impact.
As we expand our initiatives, we are looking for a Project Manager to help effectively deliver and manage our growing portfolio of programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Plan, initiate, coordinate, implement, and close projects while ensuring control over deadlines, budgets, quality, and documentation.
- Develop, execute, and report on social and special projects — from idea to launch or final presentation.
- Generate and implement partnership ideas end-to-end.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, both digitally and physically.
- Support financial reporting, budgeting, procurement, and logistics processes as needed.
- Prepare project proposals, reports, and presentations for both internal and external use.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs): deadlines, outcomes, and budgets.

Communication and Coordination:
- Collaborate with national and international partners, donors, volunteers, and governmental bodies.
- Coordinate partnerships, events, and educational/informational products.
- Maintain communication with creative teams, contractors, and suppliers.

Administrative Support:
- Manage general project documentation (contracts, reports, primary records).
- Ensure proper digital and physical storage of all documentation.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
- Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience communicating with donors, partners, and vendors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Ukrainian and English.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, Trello/Asana, or other project management tools.
