We are seeking a Frontend Developer with a background in web technologies and UI/UX best practices. You’ll play a pivotal role in finishing our existing web application, improving design elements, integrating new features, and expanding into mobile platforms.

What You’ll Do:
- Complete and enhance the current web application
- Implement new features and interactive components
- Improve existing UI/UX design and responsiveness
- Develop and integrate an online application form
- Collaborate with backend developers for API integration
- Contribute to the development of mobile applications (iOS and Android)
- Maintain high standards of performance, code quality, and security
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Work remotely but align with Chicago business hours (CST/CDT)

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development
- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)
- Experience working with databases and integrating front-end with backend APIs
- Understanding of mobile-first design and responsive web design
- Experience developing or collaborating on mobile applications (React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android preferred)
- Familiarity with Git, RESTful APIs, and agile workflows
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Good communication skills and remote work discipline

Nice to Have:
- Experience with UX/UI tools like Figma or Adobe XD
- Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, PHP, etc.)
- Familiarity with logistics, transportation, or fleet management systems
- Previous experience working in startups or fast-scaling businesses
