Dispatcher (Flatbed Experience) — US Market
A US-based trucking company is looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our growing team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a dispatcher on the US market (Flatbed);
- Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher);
- Confident PC user (Google Workspace, load boards, CRM systems);
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills;
- Responsibility, organization, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with brokers and drivers via phone and email;
- Booking and negotiating loads (Flatbed);
- Managing load boards and ensuring smooth operations;
- Monitoring and controlling workflow, preparing daily reports;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
