We’re looking for a LinkedIn-focused SMM specialist who knows how to build and grow a personal brand in the IT, SaaS, and B2B space. If you’ve only managed company pages or run generic social media content, this isn’t the role for you. We need someone who understands how to create engaging, strategic LinkedIn content that positions key people as industry leaders and attracts the right audience.
This is an in-house role, meaning you’ll be managing our LinkedIn presence, not client accounts. US schedule. Working hours from 04:00 pm to 00:00 am EET;
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute a LinkedIn content strategy to grow a personal brand in the IT, SaaS, and B2B space.
- Write engaging LinkedIn posts, articles, and thought leadership content that actually gets attention—not just generic «tips and tricks.»
- Grow and engage the right audience—decision-makers, tech founders, and industry professionals.
- Optimize profiles and positioning to increase visibility and authority in the space.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to refine content strategies and improve performance.
- Stay ahead of LinkedIn trends and platform updates to maximize organic reach and engagement.

What You Need to Bring
- Proven experience growing a personal brand on LinkedIn—if you haven’t done this before, this isn’t for you.
- Experience in IT, SaaS, or B2B industries—you need to understand the space to create relevant content.
- Fluent English (B2/C1 level minimum)—writing high-quality, engaging content in English is a core part of the job.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills—you should know how to write content that actually resonates.
- A data-driven mindset—you should be able to track what works and adjust accordingly.
- Independent, proactive approach—we're not looking for someone who just schedules posts; we want a strategist who makes an impact.
