With active offices in Warsaw, Odesa, and Varna, we’re now planning to open a new office in Lisbon — and we’re looking for our first Lisbon-based team members to join us on this exciting journey! So for this position you must be located in Lisbon?

What we offer:

Work schedule: 2 PM — 11 PM, Mon-Fri (Lisbon local time)

Remote work

Rate: €5.2/hour + commission

What you’ll do:

Handle and track incoming transportation requests

Communicate with drivers and brokers to clarify shipment details

Monitor shipments in transit and keep everyone updated

Assist in resolving unexpected issues or delays during transit

Work with our internal logistics systems and CRM system

Make sure deliveries run smoothly and clients stay happy

Our requirements:

Great communication and organizational skills

Responsible and proactive attitude

Curious about logistics and transportation

Confident English (B2+), written & spoken

Basic tech skills (MS Office or Google Suite experience is a plus)

Previous experience in U.S. logistics is great — but not required!

Experience in American logistics is a strong advantage, but we are also open to candidates without prior experience
