Role Overview
We’re looking for a PPC Media Manager with a proven track record in managing and scaling Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for B2C brands. The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, and conversion-focused—someone who understands the nuances of both platforms, especially when integrated into a sales-driven call center environment. Experience with LATAM markets is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage daily ad spend budgets and ROAS/CPA targets.
- Conduct keyword and audience research to drive relevant traffic and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable insights with A/B testing, creative rotation, and funnel analysis.
- Collaborate with design, content, and CRO teams to create high-performing ads and landing pages.
- Align with call center/sales teams to ensure quality lead delivery and feedback loop integration.
- Identify new growth opportunities and market trends, particularly in LATAM countries.
- Produce weekly/monthly reports with performance insights and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads at scale for B2C campaigns.
- Deep understanding of CAC, CLV, ROAS, CPA, and performance-based metrics.
- Proven experience working with call centers or sales teams to drive qualified lead generation.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with LATAM markets or Spanish-language campaigns is a significant advantage.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
- Based in Ukraine, with reliable internet and availability for remote collaboration.
Nice to Have
- Experience with other platforms such as TikTok Ads, Taboola, or programmatic media.
- Understanding of affiliate or partner traffic.
- Spanish language skills.
