We are looking for a Contract Support Manager whose primary responsibility will be to manage and support the full contract lifecycle, ensuring smooth internal coordination and communication with clients. You will play a key role in preparing, reviewing, and controlling contract documentation, supporting the sales team, and ensuring data accuracy in corporate systems.

Requirements:
Professional Experience and Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in contract management, sales support, or administrative coordination with B2B clients.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar).
- Experience with SharePoint or other document management tools.
- Familiarity with tender processes is a plus.
- Experience in IT services or solutions is an advantage.
- Advanced or fluent level of English and Ukrainian.
Client Relations and Communication
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams (legal, finance, sales).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to track multiple deadlines.
- Ability to identify issues during contract negotiation and contribute to solutions.
Personal Qualities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and readiness to take responsibility.
- Quick learner, eager to acquire new knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities:
Contract Management
- Prepare, coordinate, and track contracts: collect client details, complete templates, register contracts, manage internal and client approvals, and ensure timely signing and document exchange.
- Handle contract renewals, amendments, and compliance with special terms.
- Identify and address client objections during contract negotiations in collaboration with internal teams.
Sales and Tender Support
- Prepare and send commercial offers, presentations, questionnaires, and tender documentation; ensure proper storage and linking in SharePoint and CRM.
- Support tender processes and work with tender platforms.
- Communicate with clients on operational matters throughout the sales process.
- Provide cost calculations and consult clients on contract and questionnaire topics.
CRM and Document Management
- Maintain accurate records of organizations, contacts, contracts, and deals in CRM.
- Set up and manage folder structures in SharePoint with correct linking to CRM.
- Perform regular database maintenance (duplicate removal, data completeness checks).
- Track personal tasks and deadlines through CRM.
