Ciklum is looking for a Office Operations Specialist to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Rockstar: Keep the front area sharp, greet guests with good vibes, manage calls, and make newcomers feel at home
- Mail & Courier Pro: Oversee post and parcel magic — inbound, outbound, tracked, sorted
- Office Pulse Manager: Partner with suppliers, manage stock like a boss, and help keep our workspace fully equipped
- JIRA Jedi: Handle internal support requests using JIRA — fast, friendly, and solution-driven
- Team Relocator: Support smooth team moves and help reset the workspace when it’s time for a shuffle
- Office Health Checker: Regularly inspect the facility to keep it neat, safe, and vibe-friendly
- Right Hand to Facility Admin: Be the behind-the-scenes force that keeps everything running like clockwork

Requirements:
- Higher education — check! But what matters most is your drive to grow
- Some experience supporting daily office life? That’s a plus (not a must!)
- Confident computer skills (MS Office = your playground)
- English — Upper-Intermediate or better (so you’re comfortable chatting and writing)
- A client-first mindset and a warm, welcoming smile
- Calm under pressure, self-organized, reliable, and full of initiative
- Solid organizational skills — you know how to keep things running smoothly
