E-Commerce Account Manager
SparkSales.Online is a modern company specializing in providing high-quality services for sellers on leading e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, OnBuy, and others. We offer comprehensive services including account management, listing creation and optimization, design, marketing, and advertising support—helping our clients effectively grow their businesses in the digital space and reach new levels of sales.
Our clients are companies seeking reliable and experienced e-commerce professionals. Typically, they sell products on multiple platforms, and our role is to ensure their listings are complete and well-optimized across those marketplaces.
We are currently expanding our team and looking for a talented Account Manager to become a key player in working with clients and helping them achieve consistent growth on global online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce clients, acting as the main point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Research new sales platforms and analyze potential markets.
- Work with Excel files to upload and update product information, modify categories, edit photos, and adjust pricing.
- Monitor account health and keep track of key metrics.
- Resolve technical issues through support services (e.g., opening cases, unlocking accounts).
- Provide clients with regular performance reports on their accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promptly and accurately resolve client issues.
- Develop and implement account growth strategies focused on launching new products and analyzing account performance to identify opportunities for sales optimization.

You’re the ideal candidate if you:
- Have an intermediate to upper-intermediate level of English (B1-B2 or higher) for communication with clients and support teams on platforms like Amazon.
- Possess a deep understanding of the e-commerce industry, including trends and platforms, and are adaptable to market dynamics.
- Have experience in managing e-commerce accounts or have held a similar role in the industry.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and colleagues.
- Have strong analytical thinking, are comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and offering actionable insights.
- Have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a multitasking environment.

Nice to Have:
- Experience working in e-commerce
- Experience with Photoshop or other image editing tools
